Wash the affected area with soap and water and dry thoroughly since oils and moisture reduce adhesion.Peel off the large release inner (marked #1). Apply centrally over the affected area.Peel off the small release liner flap (marked #2). Smooth over the surrounding skin.Remove the supporting outer layer (marked #3).Leave the plaster in place until it loosens naturally.Repeat until heading process is complete.
