I was able to use my points to purchase this from the Beauty Room and am so glad that I did. I had terribly cracked skin on the back of my heels and soles of my feet, possibly because I am barefoot unless going out and our carpet is very old and scratchy. When I opened the balm, I had to gently move the rollerball with my fingers to get the balm to start coming through. Whenever I've not used it for a while I do the same thing to get it flowing. This went on very easily and soaks into the skin without leaving an oily residue. I found that after a week of using it as directed, there was a noticeable improvement in the skin on my heels and soles of my feet and within about 3 weeks, everything looked perfect. I now use it maybe a couple of times a month in place of a foot mask. I roll it over both feet quite heavily, cover each foor with a plastic bag and then with a sock. I leave this on for beteen 2 hours and overnight. This small bottle has lasted a long time and I'll be buying it again when its empty.

Nice at night too and pop a pair of socks on to keep the cream on the feet. This product has been a lifesaver for my feet, I struggle with dried out feet sometimes as I work with steel cap boots on and haven’t found a product to help until this one! I prefer to apply of a night time with or without socks on as I feel like this time is the most effective and I wake up with soft feet every time! This roll on applicator makes it easy for a mess free application every time, is has no real smell to it and the residue isn’t very greasy, but this is why I do it at night so I don’t have to worry about it getting in my shoes or on things. I believe you can use it on knees and elbows aswell but I haven’t tried to yet.
