Effortless Cooking

Over the past 40 years, I've gone through two electric frypans. It was time to update. The DuraCeramic Frypan looks promising and hopefully is an excellent and lasting product. After buying it and used it to cook Osso Buco, I was very impressed and so I returned to the store to purchase another one to keep.

Bad product

Instructions re pre-cleaning & pre-seasoning followed closely. Day 1: I was impressed with how well it cooked in much less oil & how non-stick it was. Day 2: same - until I noticed that rim was chipped in few places from the LID that had been SUPPLIED with product - very disappointed, base surface stll cooked well. Day 3: heat marks along cooking surface (above element) starting to appear even 'rho only use medium heat @ maximum. Got much worse over next few days. Bad product that doesn't live up to it's hype.
