Directions Only use on clean, intact skin. The product should be applied as indicated. Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. Avoid wearing over prolonged periods e.g. whilst sleeping. Seek medical advice if in any doubt about the injury. Do not use if you suffer from vascular diseases or have a known allergy to any of the specified materials. Product contains latex. If a rash develops, pain is prolonged or conditions worsen, discontinue use and consult a physician.

General Information Elastoplast Protective Ankle Stabiliser, with extra side stabiliser, helps provide rigid support and protection to ankles. The adjustable strap and fasteners give you a custom fit to help prevent re-injury and the universal design is for both right and left ankles. The Elastoplast Protective Ankle Stabiliser provides rigid support and stabilisation for stiff, weak or injured ankles. The reinforced side stabilisers prevent unwanted lateral motion, giving ankles the support they need to assist in recovery. The adjustable straps make putting this ankle stabiliser on and taking it off easy, whilst also providing a personalised fit. The Ankle Stabiliser Brace also provides warmth and compression to aid blood flow and the healing process – particularly important during periods of activity. Made of breathable polyester, nylon and spandex, the brace is able to fit both the right and left ankle comfortably and can be worn all day under shoes. bought this a week ago and it's not big enough to support my ankle I'm a size 42eu or 11us the support brace only fits behind my ankle so not really suitable for me. it does not give the support i was looking for, but may suit a smaller foot

Its easier put on and off. But I think the stabilization is quite low. And price too high for the product.

Exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for. I choose this for the the ease of use but also the ability to adjust all vital areas. It was the only one that had everything that I was after including the side stabilizers which was the most important feature when researching.
