Directions How to apply: 1 Pull the sleeve over your right/left hand, finger first. The label should always be on the back side. 2 Pull the sleeve up your lower arm until the small compression zone is placed in the crease of your elbow. 3 Pull the sleeve further up your upper arm until the second compression zone is placed over your bicep muscle without any wrinkles. Only use on clean, intact skin. The product should be applied as illustrated. Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. Avoid wearing for prolonged periods e.g. whilst sleeping. USAGE ADVICE For left and right arm. Do not use the product if you suffer from poor blood circulation.
