Electrolux UltimateHome 700 Robotic Vac and Mop

Really liking this vacuum, as it does a decent job in general cleaning. Takes a bit to work out as the manual and instructions are very light and vague. But so far so good and definitely saving me time and I only have to do a big vacuum every other week. It is not a deep clean machine for carpet, but really good on the hard surfaces. Still working out how to map properly as well as block off areas. Has enough power to get over bumps and small rises and cords which is good.

Overall exactly as described and simple to set-up and use. But it does require most things to be moved out the way or it repeatedly bumps into it and get stuck. However, overall I am a fan!

No obstacle avoidance, no auto empty trigger in the app, gets stuck everywhere and runs out our of battery trying to find it's way back

My robot would not return to dock and empty…just kept circling ear dock till it died. I sent it for repair…and after weeks and weeks…I asked for it to be returned..it was a battle to actually speak to someone and demand its return…in repaired. So impersonal and useless overseas service people with no idea.

I bought the 700 unit to vacuum my upstairs bedrooms/study areas which are all carpet, as it had the strongest suction ability over other brands. I ignored all reviews about the mopping feature as won't use this. And overall, i have to say, its pretty good, and quiet (managed to vacuum bedroom without waking anyone). I also have a dog, which puts any vacuum cleaner under stress, and it handles dog hair ok (if not too much). App is very easy to use. Best part about it, is the set and forget. Having said that, i needed to be re-trained as to where i can put things on the ground, ie, chairs, rugs, baskets, cords/cables etc, so it can get around them easily without getting stuck. Now i have that sorted, its set and forget. I did have some problems with the map function as it did try to kill itself by attempting to go down the stairs, but I managed to set up a 'no go area'. Since then map has been lost a couple of times and it forgets which rooms i want done - more learning for me. I would like to see a button on 'home' to 'empty' or something to allow manual or forced empty. Also, it had problems finding home, but i have moved 'home' to a more sturdy position, where it cant push it/move it slightly - this seems to have worked. Overall, i am happy I don't have to vacuum (or as often and only around the edges)! Might even get a second 'home' for downstairs as well!

The best buy so far for a robot vac and mop once its maps out the house we just set it for when we are at work and its great the settings are great. I would buy for any family homes for sure hands down.

Lot of time the machine do not go to charge itself , it just circulate around the base then just die to the side and I have to put it back to recharge after. Also it can not empty itself after 6 months use, even there are not much dirt inside the bag

When I first started using this vacuum, we had some slight troubles with the app and getting caught under furniture but we have sorted it all out and learnt to just block these areas to avoid this happening. Very happy with my purchase and it does an excellent job as we have an inside/outside dog that loses so much hair so definitely a timesaver. Love how easy it is to use now and I have clean floors. I love it so much that I just bought one for my son for Christmas. Highly recommend!

I brought this a few weeks back. And it’s a game changer for a busy mum. Absolutely obsessed.

Would recommend and this is coming from a House hold of 2 shift workers, too cute but filthy furry large puppies, and two kiddos. My house was constant a mess and don't get me wrong its still messy but at least my floors aren't covered in fur and crumbs. The mop function is okay, I mostly use it for the vacuum setting. However I find with my messy house if I do a vacuum setting all over and then the mop setting it works better. I love that the machine itself is easy to clean because me and my daughter both shread hair as much as our dogs their fur. So being able to clean our hair out of the vacuum super easy has been a real highlight. Definitely recommend ! Spoil yourself or a loved one for Christmas !

I purchased this recently when another brand stopped working for the second time. I’m so impressed with the features I can access through the app! It does a really great job vacuuming and mopping & I really love how it empties itself each time, so great!! It has a great amount of charge & suction. Very happy! My parents bought it since we loved ours so much too!

It cleans well and I’m glad to have the robot vacuum. The improvements you’ve made so far are good. Mine still doesn’t empty into the dustbin. It gets lost sometimes. I still cannot name the tasks. The map could be improved. It cleans and mops well. Once these improvements are made, it will be 5 star. Thanks

Bought this a while ago. It does a great job and saves me and my family many hours of cleaning each month. The only thing I would like to see improved is the app. From time to time to time doesn't give you updated info. Sometimes it can take a day or week for the app to catch up and give the correct information. Has only happened a couple of times but it is really the only thing I can fault with the unit.

Excellent product works well clean the floor spotless. Quite happy with it. Would highly recommend.

Bought 5 weeks ago,, he got stock under things pretty often so we need to move things out of the way, try setup tasks but didn’t work, feel like the scanner can’t recognize some furnitures …
