Too short, too flat, not too good

I can't figure out why everyone raves about this spoon, it's too short so trying to get your cooked rice out of a rice cooker is impossible and it's non-stick so the rice slides off anyway and it's too flat. I wish I'd bought something else.

Great spoon that grips rice without scratching

Great little spoon for rice but also for couscous or quinoa salads etc I also use it as a smaller spoon rest.
