Heavy and still a mess

It's quite heavy and the elevate handle is not as good as it sounds. The liquids will drip to the point of elevation and still cause a bit of a mess; and the weighted handle is much heavier than your usual ladle so using it to stir the pot and scooping could be rather tiring. But still a standard ladle otherwise.
