I really like the way they made it with the strap cause usually All the good watches are with the Other matel strap but not this one so it's looking very aesthetic and sleek

I purchased that watch from your website. Since receiving it, the watch has been consistently losing time. I have reset it multiple times, but the issue keeps recurring, which is not acceptable for a watch of this brand. I’ve tried to contact the customer service but there is no response.
