Change of formula?

Have used Elvive Colour protect for years. Bought new conditioner the other day and what a huge difference (not in a good way). It left my hair feeling lank and oily like there was a fine silicone film on it. I won't be buying again.

Absolute rubbish

Started this product just over a week ago and I have already had to re dye my hair within that week. Product strips colour after 1 wash, as it did once again. Terrible product, do not recommend.

Dry and frizzy result from new formula

Same experience as other long time users. This is a totally different product than the original formula. Leaves my curly hair dry and fizzy. I have loved and used this product for over 15 years but will not be purchasing again. So disappointed.

Will no longer be purchasing

I have been using both the shampoo and conditioner for many many years and loved it. After using a new bottle of it today and not realising it was a new formula, I will no longer be purchasing. The highly perfumed scent that now hits you when you open the bottle was extremely overwhelming and unexpected. My hair once dried looked stringy and greasy. Something I’ve never had happen before. Such a shame. You need to go back to the old formula or you risk losing many customers.

The new formula is terrible and smells awful

What have you done?? The new formula is awful. Leaves hair greasy. And the smell - it stinks now, like cheap perfume. Took me a few days but realised this is what is causing my allergies to flare grrrr. No information on the label stating new formula. Did also notice change in manufacturing country from France to India.

Used to be much better

I've been buying this product for years. Recently, they've had a packaging and formulation change; it's not nearly as nice on my hair and it smells odd too. I hope they consider changing back to the old formula soon. I note I'm not the only dissatisfied customer with similar feedback recently.

Horrible now.

You have changed the formula,it now makes my hair feel horrible!! Feels like straw and like it's always claggy feeling . And the smell is horrible too. Why??

New look conditioner ingredients

I have been using both the shampoo and conditioner for many years and recently I purchased the eco-friendly conditioner, but on application I noticed the smell was stronger and my eyes water all day, which makes me think that the ingredients of the conditioner have changed. I would like to know what ingredient has been put in for this to happen as I never had this issue with the previous formulation.
