eufy Clean Robovac L60 SES

Warning only comes with 12 month warranty a few issues in the first 12 months but at 16 months the thing fell apart issues after issue and we where stupid enough to pay for repairs after paying almost close to the original cost in 2 different repairs

Water pump failed just after the 12 month warranty period. It’s cheap for a reason, don’t waste your time. Spend abit extra and get the Eufy C28 (when its on sale) it is 100x better

after more than a year its having trouble charging to its dock sometimes even on the dock its not charging, never gonna buy eufy robot vacuum again

Sucks it is not worth the price at all do not buy.

Good mapping of rooms and being able to place no-go zones is a nice feature. The suction is not as strong as other models so I needed to set it on boost. I use it only on hard floors so can't comment on carpet performance. The hair cutting blade to clean the roller brush helps but is not perfect. It would have been better to have just a canister to store the dust rather than a bag system.

Not good not clean every corner. Battery life not even last as mentioned.

Bought in August it pretty much sits there an dosnt get used, the clips broke the first time I opened the dust bin! Dose Not vacuum very well misses a lot of dirt Leaks water when it’s on the base ( waiting for the timer ) It gets stuck on the stool base dose not sense them A lot of money to waste

Our RoboVac has stopped working after exactly 14 months. Eufy doesn't have an Australian number and the online support team is overseas. The service is terrible and we've spent 3 months going back and forth with about three days between responses. They've been useless and won't really do anything. Be warned, if you buy this product you'll get maybe 1-1.5 years out of it before it dies on you. This issue is pretty common if you look online as well

Not worth the money. 4 uses saw the machine returned faulty then the replacement was also faulty with 8 minutes battery life. Not happy with warranty service from JB or manufacturer. The machine has spent more time being repaired under warranty than we have had it for.

I have to returned it after using 4 days. Every time I scheduled for cleaning , it gets stuck somewhere and not able to return to its charging station.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but this little robot is amazing. Best purchase I've made in a long time. Having kids and managing house work, this robot is a must have. Can't believe I havent brought one sooner.

The eufy L60 Hybrid Robot Vacuum with Self Empty Station has been a breath of fresh air after a frustrating experience with another brand that failed within two months! I absolutely love it. The standout features for me are its incredibly accurate mapping, the ability to set 'No Go Zones' and 'No Mopping Zones' which are essential in our household. But the real game-changer is the automatic hair cutting feature on the roller brush – a lifesaver with our pets! We have a 4-bedroom house, and the L60 almost completes the entire clean on a single charge. Even when it needs a recharge, it intelligently returns to finish the job. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but I can confidently say this is a fantastic robot vacuum. Highly recommended!

Nowhere near as good as out previous Deebot, thought we would try this and am extremely disappointed, mapping is poor, battery life poor and suction and dust removal ordinary also. In a house with kids and dogs we use this daily and it picks up less than half its predecessor.... wish I'd never bought it.... oh and having bags is a fail too, why it doesn't go into a plastic canister is ridiculous

I won’t recommend this product, it’s caused scratches to my wooden floor and damaged it . Very bad pick for me. Sure it’s discounted for that reason

I think it’s great. We don’t have good wifi so it just remaps each clean. Love that it is basically self cleaning. Very happy with it so far.

I bought it and returned it two days later! Poor suction, app issue! On hard floor, it is not bad but on carpet it does nothing. It moves like a penguin on my carpet! Don't buy it, waste of money!

Very effective on carpet & hard floors, didn't use the mop.

Auto hair cutting brush in base station stuck solid in less then a week, no signs of hair around the blade. Ordered online now have to make the effort to take it back instore.

I have used it now for more than 6 months and can say that I am not impressed with the performance. Recently, the hair cutting blade stopped working and I am having a hard time dealing with Eufy customer service to fix it for me. Customer service ([****]) can't help customers in Australia for replacements and you would be required to do separate follow up with local service provider (they won't even arrange for it). My issue is still not fixed after 2 weeks. I wouldn't recommend Eufy product based on my experience.

Love how easy it was to set it up. But it lost the maps a few times and got lost a few times around the house with rooms it wasn't sent to do. When it works it is great, can't say spotless but it is good enough so you can half the times when you do the floors. Downside, bought it in March and the waterpump is faulty, warranty claim etc here we go..

The Eufy Robot Vacuum is an excellent product that has surpassed my expectations. I was able to map my home easily and create nogo zones and schedules times on the app with ease. I also was able to connect to my Echo Pop and can ask Alexa to start a cycle. Set up was a breeze, basically plug n play. Love how when it docks after cleaning that it self empties and cuts dog hair finer to fit in bag. Haven’t used the mop feature but I’m sure it’ll do the job. Takes about an hour to do my four bedroom home. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a robot vac.

I returned this after 7 days as it started to malfunction, error for hair cutter and emptying of bin.

Great little robovac especially for the price. Probably the only thing that knocked a star off is that I recently borrowed it's more expensive counterpart and that one was quieter and perhaps a bit more intuitive, and with this one the room mapping is a bit unusual and I don't seem to be able to edit it. But really can't complain. It does the job, the app is easy to use and my floors are clean, even with a dog and a double coated cat living inside. Self emptying feature is amazing also, and it's good to have "do not disturb" where it won't do the noisy empty process if selected.

Does (almost) everything that the units twice the cost do. Battery is smaller being my only complaint, but for the price point you can't go wrong.

I love this robot vacuum!!! I researched high & low, & ended up walking into jbhifi & surrendering to the universes desire to pair me with eufy! I have 0 regrets. Thank you universe & shop assistant that read reddit reviews to me - you have changed my life!

Bought this when it was discounted and I don’t regret it at all. I don’t use the mop feature or use it for carpets (high pile & long dog fur, so I just use the Dyson to tackle that). But the hard floors that it does everyday has been a life saver.

Mapping feature is great, gets really close to the edges and notifies of cleaning and when the water tank is empty

Great, best thing I’ve ever bought! Well worth the$ if bought on special, only used the vacuum function haven’t mopped yet… but that’s enough for me atm.

5 stars definitely. I have dark carpet & pets, cleans perfectly every time. Self emptying certainly saves time.
