IMPORTANT The colour of the mix looks different than before, but hair colour results remains the same as long as it is not rinsed before the 30-minute processing time. 1) Add the colouring cream to the developer and shake well to mix. 2) Apply the mix to your hair, starting from the roots then throughout the lengths and ends. Leave in hair for 30 mins. 3) Rinse your hair until the water runs clear. Use the Caring Gentle pH Shampoo to remove any excess residue. 4) Apply a halzenut amount of the Lightweight Nourishing Mask. Leave in for 3 mins then rinse your hair. Use the mask once a week until your next colour for soft, shiny, lively hair.

New Formula is terrible

I've been using 6.3 Light Golden Brown for years and it's been an excellent product, great coverage of greys, easy to apply...I would have given it 5-stars. But this new formula is terrible. No longer does it provide the same coverage, the colour has also changed and is now quite coppery. And applying the green sludge is just not user friendly either. L'orèal I don't know what possessed you to change the formula but if I were you I'd change it back asap as I'm sure I'm not the only one who will no longer be buying this product. So disappointing.

I have been using this product for over 15 years and have been very happy until recently. You seemed to have changed it and it now leaves my hair orange and dry, Why did the product change..
