To use separately:
- Apply once or twice daily after cleansing.
- Gently shake 1–2x onto hands or a cotton pad. Each provides up to 30 uses.
- Apply to face and neck (avoid contact with your lash line and eyelids).
- Do not rinse.

To use together:

- Beginner: Start with AHA or BHA; use alternatively every 2–3 days
- Moderate: Alternate AHA & BHA every other day
- Advanced: Use AHA & BHA daily—one in the AM and the other in PM
