HOW TO PREPARE Lightly grease or oil and season food if desired. Place a heaped dessert spoon of plain flour in the empty bag and shake well before placing food inside. The flour will prevent boiling of the meat juices (water and fat). DIRECTIONS FOR USE: OVEN 1. Preheat oven to desired temperature - DO NOT EXCEED 205 deg C. 2. Seal bag with key lock ties provided leaving approx. 5cm(2") space between food and tie. Ensure that the bag fits loosely over food. 3. Place in roasting dish big enough so that bag does not hang over the ends or sides of dish. 4. Create 6 holes in the top of the bag with a large fork. NOTE : holes must be made to avoid bursting of the bag. 5. As dish is placed into the heated oven, make sure bag does not touch oven walls or racks. 6. Follow suggested cooking times as a guideline. MICROWAVE 1. Seal bag with key lock ties provided or string. 2. Follow the preparation steps for a conventional oven. 3. After cooking, remove dish from microwave and drain juices from
