Ezymount VLM3400B Full Motion TV Wall Mount (23-55")

I was going to get someone to install but did it myself. It was fairly straight foward. The ability to rotate the tv in pretty much any direction is impressive. I love that I can turn towards the kitchen while Im cooking, the dining room if I want to watch from there and then the lounge room, so easy. I love it!

This is an necessarily heavy TV mount with massive bolts ! Once the TV is mounted , I noticed a slight unwanted horizontal drop no matter how much the bolts were tightened.

I purchased this after careful research and talking to the salesperson at JB Hi-fi. Despite my TV (LG OLED 55 C1PTA) falling well within the acceptable parameters I was unable to use the TV mount. For reference, my TV is under 19 kgs, less than half of the maximum allowable weight stated in the description of the mount. The main reason is because my unit has metal studs which are not as strong as wood studs. In addition to that, the top half of the TV is glass, meaning that the mount can only be attached to the bottom half of the TV, and the mount itself has just the single arm to attach to the wall. Both of these things mean that hardware in the metal studs cannot cope with the weight of the TV. My TV is now mounted on a swivelling stand on top of the entertainment unit and it works fine.

This was really easy to install and works well, folds back nicely against the wall and gives multiple angles.

Easy to install but it simply isn't strong enough to support my 48-inch OLED TV without bowing forward. It might be fine for a smaller/lighter TV but it doesn't do its job with my TV and I had to purchase a different wall mount (which works perfectly). Not recommended at all.

Exactly what we needed. Description was super accurate and is of a high quality. Minimal flex in the joints, so very secure. Only small issue is the difficulty in attaching flimsy plastic covers on base plate, but got there in the end.

Ezymount is exactly as advertised. Easily installed, easily fits the TV, strong, stylish. I like the fact that different type bolts are included to fit different TV's. I'm very happy.
