Fibre Gummies

I won't be buying Metamucil Gummies again as they stick together and make it impossible to get out individual gummies. They were expensive and not worth the price, disappointed in purchase.

Doesn't really work unless you consume large quantities of it. The powder has proven to be way better and effective which I used for years. Was a bad decision switching to gummies that I never used before and won't recommend it or use it again.

We have been using these gummies for months now and love the taste. Gummies are a delicious alternative to powders and an ideal way to increase dietary fibre to improve digestive health! However, we have found the new crystal coating made from beets has increased clumping and makes it hard to separate the gummies and get them out of the container. Unfortunately the clumping has gotten so bad we can't finish the containers of gummies we have. Highly recommend the gummies without the crystal coating.

I need to keep my fibre intake up due to new medication having side effect of quite severe constipation.I also have quite slow bowels due to prolapse due to child birth too.I knew if I purchased the powder I’d barely get few a few glasses as it’s so gluggy and not pleasing to drink.I was stoked when I saw these gummies and found them half price at my supermarket. I started taking two a day a few days before my new meds. By day two, I noticed a difference in my bowel movements coming on earlier in the day and being easier to pass. These really really work! The gummies are quite big and chunky compared to some, a tiny bit big for my liking, but that’s being particular and they are delicious and taste like a treat.I’m so happy Metamucil have introduced these and they’ll become a regular staple in my morning routine. Highly recommend having these on standby for both newly pregnant women and after childbirth too!

Great, easy way to get a bit more fibre in your diet. Literally besides them being expensive, my only problem with them is they stick together, I guess they sweat, and the further you get into the container the harder they are to get out and to seperate.

Not great for people with IBS. This product would be better if they’d just stuck to regular sugar for the sweetener. But they’ve used Xylitol which I found out too late. Another unhappy night stuck on the loo :(

These gummies all stick together and I needed to use a fork to pry them out. The shape of the jar means you can't do this easily. Overall just a sticky mess. For the very high price, I expected something easy to consume. Won't buy again.
