Apply 2-3 sprays per nostril immediately within the first 24-36 hours after feeling the 1st signs of a cold such as a tickle at the back of your throat, or sneezing. Incline the nozzle outwards in the direction of your ear and avoid inhaling deeply. Use up to 4 times per day until symptoms subside. It works!

I don't know what kind of placebo this is but this works. 100%. Have tried on multiple occasions. There are times when I'm certain I'm at that point of no return, face all puffy, lots of mucus, feeling really horrendous and certain I won't be able to get out of bed the next day, and voila! A spray in each nostril and I'm like brand new the next day, not even tiny sniffles, nothing. Amazing. However, there was one time when my nostrils were really dry and I sprayed once in each nostril and had the worst nose bleed of my life... So I would say this works but use with common sense.

It really works!

I picked up a cold and used this product as soon as I could get it. By the time I used it, the cold was starting to take hold. This reduces the severity and length of the illness. After 2 days I was back to normal. I bought a spare spray for work.

This Spray is Amazing

This product is amazing as soon as I felt the familiar pain where my nasal passage meets my throat I knew I was about to get sick. 2 sprays of this up each nostril before bed and woke up with no sickness. Another 2 sprays and off to work and no sickness at all. This spray is Amazing!

Best thing, BUT READ INSTRUCTIONS!

I was getting desperate as I live with a young nephew and two elderly people and I go out a lot so I didn't want to leave it to chance. So I got this and gave it a go, now it was uncomfortable having the feeling of accidentally snorting water and the taste was gross but after I used it all I had that time was just a dry throat and a blocked nose. Please look at the ingredients before buying just in case you have any allergies or medical conditions that can prevent you from using this product and after buying it, please read the instructions, there is a specific way you have to point the nozzle to prevent insta whack.
