Directions 1. Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril and angle it so that it aims towards the bottom of the ear lobe on the same side of the head. 2. Depress the touch button with your index ?nger and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose. 3. Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose to clear excess ?uid and mucus. 4. Repeat for the other nostril. 5. After use, wash nozzle in soapy water then rinse with hot water and dry with a clean tissue. Replace outer cap.
