Lovely bowl however arrived with a chip! Unable to talk to a real person to arrange a replacement... you need to update App / processes for this situation.

An lovely choice

To everyone out there like me who is hanging onto out of date salad bowls, it’s time to be brave and freshen up your table with new, prettier and modern dinnerware. I wasn’t even looking for a salad bowl but this one is so pretty and the size - medium to large - was perfect for a salad for six people. I’m very happy with my choice. I’ll be doing a bit more modernising.

Beautiful colour, the depth was really good , washes up very well
