I had never tried these before and must admit, I was not a fan. Although they had no particular smell, the flavour was not noticeable either. It absorbs the flavour of whatever you are cooking. We tried them with coconut oil on their own, but did not like it, then simply added it to a curry dish as a filler. The can was full of these, so it looks to be good value, it just wasn't a winner for my family.

I enjoy using Frisp Hearts of Palm in my meals. I love the mild, fresh taste and tender texture. I find them easy to add to salads and dishes, and they help me create satisfying meals that I really enjoy. I found the packaging easy to use, and the product arrived in great condition.

I have never had heart of palms before so i didnt know what this would taste like. I csn say this is delicious! I added to my cheese board and had as it was the flavour is great! Easy to prepare straight from the tin however you could add this to a meal for a extra pop of flavour. Easy to store in the pantry until you use or in the fridge in a container. Great new find for me i will be adding this to my next shop.

I love using the heart of palms in cooking, they hold their shape well, don't go mushy and absorb flavour so well. The can contains the perfect amount to feed our family. They are also really good in salads for that point of difference! A definite pantry staple!

We liked these for their mild flavour and unique texture. Their low calorie and plant based origin was also liked. Their smell in the can was bit tangy but once they were rinsed it was much better.

Its crunchy and nutty in aftertaste and there are different optioms available to use this product like in salads, pasta or a bit toss fried to give a cripsy texture a good option for vegan people who avoid meat to get proteins and its 100% natural so not to worry about making procedures or ingredients its stored in salty water so keep that in mind when making any dish freshness is preserved properly. Can is easy to open and dispose off.

I have never heard of Hearts of Palm, so have not tried these before. I was a bit hesitant to try them. We decided to use them in a stew and a stir-fry, where they took on the flavour of the base. They were crispy out of the tin but softens in the cooking process. They have a neutral flavour. We will probably buy again to add to stews and curry's

It is not my first time trying this product, and I really like to cook using hearts of palm. My favourite way to use it is on pizzas, salads and sandwiches. The package is easy to open. I would buy again!

This heart of palm came in really handy, just when I began my keto diet, it's very versatile. I seared it and added it to my mixed veggies and protein, and it tasted so good, the texture was really good and savoury. Then I also used the leftovers to cook stir-fried noodles for my partner, and this palm of the heart still didn't disappoint. I'll buy this product over and over again.
