This has proved to be a very good quality frypan. Good design and light to handle.

Most food sticks so much to the pan it is difficult to serve it up, even with a bit of oil,

A good quality pan.

I like this pan. If used correctly it doesn’t stick. Lots of people complain about stainless steel pans sticking, but do the research and learn how to correctly use, and there shouldn’t be a problem. I feel stainless steel is a safe alternative for cooking. I hand wash my pans.
