Directions Adults and children over 12 years: Take one sachet morning and evening or as recommended by your doctor. Children 6-12 years: Take half to one level 5mL teaspoon morning and evening. Should be used for children only on medical advice. • Pour sachet contents into a glass of approximately 250mL of cool water or fruit juice. • Stir well and drink straight away.
