literally did nothing

i followed the instructions to a T! even left it in for an extra 5 minutes just in case. but nope. as soon as i washed it out, all the colour washed out too. MY HAIR LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME. i have medium honey brown hair and wanted it to be dark brown. it didn't go a single shade darker. DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Gentle enough for sensitive scalps!

It was easy to mix and apply, I use with a dye brush as its better coverage. I have thick mid length hair and one pot covered well. I like the face it didn't have a strong chemical smell and not itch on my scalp as its very sensitive. And the little conditioner that has a lid is so much more practical than a sachet. Left my hair glossy, was hoping the shade would be more chocolatey as I have highlights in my hair but I'm sure it will fade a bit lighter.. Good product

Did not cover any of my few greys, has lifted root colour leaving hair mismatched and left my hair extremely dry. Please do not fall for marketing and go to a real hairdresser :(
