Hugely disappointing

I ordered a Joseph Joseph bbq Tool set. I was disgusted with what arrived - battered broken dirty packaging. Definitely not worthy of being gifted as I intended. Incredible disappointing as I would have previously had faith that a product ordered online - and not cheap as this was over $100 on special - would meet Myer quality standards. I would love to know who thought this rubbish was ok to pack and send.
