Apply liberally to all exposed areas - about 7 teaspoons (35ml) per average sized adult. Wait 20 minutes before you head into the sun. Reapply every 2 hours or more often when sweating and or immediately  after swimming or using a towel.Cover up with a hat, long-sleeved shirt and sunnies. Stay cool, and find shade especially between 10am-3pm.

Best sunscreen I’ve tried

Best sunscreen ever, highly recommend this sunscreen for a few reasons 1) the texture is fantastic, it’s so moisturising and makes your skin feel soft and silky 2) it protects as it’s 50+ 3) the smell is probably the best smelling sunscreen I’ve tried, it’s like a vanilla carmel smell its delicious. Highly recommend it I use it all the time and even take it overseas with me.

Lovely formulae. Slight pleasant scent that disappears quickly. Doesn’t leave residue on skin. Not too thick either.
