Directions 1. Place arm into the sling so that the elbow is positioned at the closed end and the fingers are positioned at the open end. 2. Place strap over shoulder and behind neck. 3. Insert strap into the buckle and pull it upwards. 4. Adjust strap so that the elbow is bent at 90 degrees, then attach the strap. 5. Adjust neck padding behind neck. If desired, you may place your thumb through the thumb loop to enhance comfort and support.
