Extend your tongue out of your mouth, and place the tongue cleaner as far back as comfortable. From back to front, gently scrape down the entire length of your tongue, repeat until clean and rinse tongue cleaner between scrapes.Rinse with warm water and dry after use. Store in a cool, dry, hygienic place.

Suggestion is to avoid buying it

Item is not worth buying at all. I should have read the reviews for this item before buying it as it fully deserves its zero or bad rating. I will try to go back to CW tomorrow to see if I can return these due to these being so faulty. Hardly cleans your tongue at all.

Worst tongue cleaner

I bought an older version of this product years ago and it waas durable, and really good. Now that I came back to buy this one, i realised it was complete rubbish and unusable. It has a silicon tip, how are you meant to scrape anything off? And the upper part above the handle is so flimsy that you cant put pressure when scraping your tongue. Worst ever, deserves to be off the shelves.

Only good for the rubbish bin

So disappointing and can’t believe these made it to the shelf. Agree with other review. Too smooth, doesn’t scrape at all! I suggest CW take this off shelf.

Would give it zero if I could

Brought this a week ago and it doesn't work. Surface is too smooth to really get anything done.
