Directions Adults: Take 5mL, 1-2 times daily. Children (6-12 years): Take 2.5mL, 1-2 times daily. Children (2-6 years): Take 2.5mL, once daily or as professionally recommended. Take with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Shake well before use. The extract can be used undiluted or diluted with fruit juice or added to food. It can also be beneficial for certain conditions to swish the liquid in the mouth for five seconds prior to swallowing. Please refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 months.
