Very disappointed in this microwave would only be just over a year old and has rust in almost every seam. Has always been well looked after Maybe if the microwave was 5-10 years old I would expect this to happen but not under 18 months old will never purchase this brand again and we have tv and fridge and they work well

It works great. But there's no way to set cooking time. I want to do 40second rice, need to do 1minute and stop early. Really annoying

This is the easiest and convenient microwave in the market. Just a press start button and it gives u 30 secs and one more - 1 min any time. Presets are on the top corner all arranged nicely! Clock set simple - just hold clock! No need to watch any videos. People who say it's hard to use or complicated, just simply didn't even check any instructions or just plain ignorant. I found the food cooked very evenly and for defrosting simple!

I have bought the microwave 2 months ago. Found light inside and on digital board not adequate way too low.

Love that you can turn off all the beeping (although its default beeps aren't too intrusive) and even turn off the display when not in use (it turns back on when you press a button). If you leave the door open, the light turns off after a while. All really nice bonus features - good design. Easy to operate, with single button press to set and start, up to a few minutes, and the start button adds 30s at a press (any time you press it during cooking or time-setting). Heats as quickly as we'd expect, pretty even, and runs quietly, too. Defrost also worked well the one time I used it. Not too hard to see in while stuff is heating, so you can watch for boil-over.

The microwave I find very difficult to operate. The control panel needs major improvement especially when coming to set the Clock. It took hours to set it, the instructions are very vague, I had to watch a Video to figure it out and then it was and is just Pot Luck to get the 12hour clock to show up, instead of the clock setting the timer constantly shows. Very Poor Control panel

Bought this few ago I really like this microwave but had to watch youtube video on how I could key in precise time

This microwave is blissfully quiet. I wanted inverter technology for even heating but this stood out from the crowd because of its mute button! Not only can you choose to silence the beeps, the microwave is also very quiet when it's cooking. I am very sound sensitive so this is amazing. I also love that there is no unnecessary button pressing, if I want to cook for 1 minute, I press the 1 and it starts cooking. So simple.
