Hisense HMAS4211DSV 42L 1100W Smart Inverter Microwave Oven (Dark Stainless)

DO NOT BUY! This microwave died within 15 months of buying from JB Hi Fi. The microwave has randomly started making an arcing sound when opening and closing the door. It is arcing off the motor at the back of the microwave. It is not safe to use or buy!

Works perfect with no issues so far and heats up the food perfectly. And very easy to use.

Express start is SO ANNOYING. ITS BEYOND STUPID. can you please contact me somehow so I can return this thing. First time using was to make rice. 10minutes. I press +30 sec 20 times as the power level is not necessary.... Omg. Heuristics designers. It's not a rocket ship. Far out.

It works well but you cannot set cooking Times for less than a minute without going through a list of steps. Very annoying.

Didnt work out of the box. No damage to the box or microwave so putting it down to bad build quality. Microwave took 90 minutes to only get the food slightly warm. The glass tray would get stuck while spinning but then correct itself, and the fan at the back of the microwave didnt work. The dash/control pannel felt terrible with the buttons being unresponsive with some needing to be pushed slightly to the right of where the button is placed. Would not recommend this product to anyone

I recently purchased this oven and have been quite pleased with its elegant design. The sleek white display adds a modern touch, and the numeric keypad (0–9) is a useful feature. However, there are two areas where the oven could be improved: LED Lighting: The internal LED lamp is quite dim, making it difficult to see the food clearly while cooking. A brighter light would significantly enhance visibility. Time Setting Process: Setting the cooking time is unnecessarily complicated. To enter a simple 15-second cook time, you must go through multiple steps—selecting the power level, pressing start, entering the time, and pressing start again. Unlike other microwave brands, this oven doesn’t allow direct time input via the keypad followed by a single confirmation. Streamlining this process would greatly improve user convenience

I've had this a month so far and really happy. Heats fast and easy to use. Plus it looks sleek. The price is cheaper than other brand name's.

Im a huge fan of Hisense. Everything I have purchased has been excellent. The microwave works perfectly although navigating the different power levels for appropriate cooking is a little challenging.

I’m really struggling with how to use this microwave. I tried to YouTube the model and see if anyone was giving instructions on the combinations of how to use combination of settings properly , but there was nothing on YouTube. I look at the instruction book provided over and over again and still don’t understand. My brain doesn’t let me work that way. I need to visually see how things work to understand. So a YouTube tutorial is what I was looking for. I fumble around pushing buttons and just end up going with whatever setting starts. l find it frustrating that I can’t use the microwave. Please link me to a tutorial if there’s one available. If someone could just show me how to use this machine properly, I think I would give it a fantastic review, but I just don’t know what I’m doing.
