Needs to be labeled in store

Purchased today after searching for months for replacement head only to find they dont fit the older models. Great there is a warning online but there is nothing noted in store.

Misleading

I bought this a few days ago at the new market branch. No where does it state on the shelf in store that it is only for the 5 mode his smile toothbrush (mine is the 3 mode one) like how it does online. Disappointed and misleading

Brought today and does not fit my 3 mode hi smile toothbrush. Packaging does not indicate its for a specific mode and was located with all the hismile electric toothbrushes and no sign like the noticed states online when i just checked. Waste of my money

Poorly labeled in store

This was located in you Manukau bench next to what I now know is 3-mode brushes but the head is for a 5-mode brush. The packaging doesn’t say which brush it is for. Very misleading as it doesn’t fit the 3-mode brush. Clear signs are needed in store to prevent misleading customers.
