Dry teeth before use. Peel off long strip and apply sticky side to top teeth. Press strip down and fold over back of teeth to secure. Repeat for short strip on bottom teeth. Allow 30 minutes for whitening treatment. Remove and rinse mouth with water

Poor product

These were so hard to put on, and when taking the strip off, my teeth were not any whiter. Would not recommend, and would stick to just whitening toothpastes.

Strips don't work at all. I even purchased the purple paste I kept the strips on for the said 30mins. Nothing. Nxt time 40 mins. Nothing. When you take it of I see tiny bits of white but nothing like they show.
