Microphone crackling and cuts out frequently

Microphone randomly cuts out and crackles in use. Only workaround is to have to pull and drag on the microphone wire and attempt to straighten it over and over to try to ensure that it's capturing sound. I use this headset for my job and it's frustrating when the microphone will frequently stop working.

Sound Decent, but get sweaty ears...

Sound is good quality, but unfortunately cannot increase volume to louder than what PS allows. No boosting of sound. Other negative, use longer than an hour or so, the covering causes heat and sweat around the ears.

Stupidly good battery life

I am floored by the battery life on this thing. I bought it about 4 months ago, I use my PC all the time and I have had to charge the headset ONCE since then. And it's currently on 70%. I just can't understand how a modern battery powered device lasts this long, it's just not believable and yet I'm watching it happen. I've convinced two of my friends to buy one as well and they're having the same experience. HyperX have created a titan and I feel like we should be talking about it more.

Audio is great and amazing batter life

The audio is really good only one pir of headphones that I have used sounded better but they ware some audio studio's I don't remember the name of the headphones or studio (it was a school trip). But I have had this since the Beginning of 2023 and the leather on the headband as only now started to deteriorate but to be fair I don't have AC and I'm in North QLD and I sweet a lot and I do have greasy hair but they are very comfortable and have only had a sore spot from them once but I hand a headache beforehand. The batter lasts a extremely long time and charges at I decent rate and the low batter waning is not super annoying it doesn't keep going off at you and gives enough warning to make it to the end of the day where I can just charge it overnight in the 17 months I've had it I've only had to charge it about 16 times and the fact you can click the pawer button and it tells you the rough batter percent is nice. the only reason this is a 4/5 and not a 5/5 is the microphone quality is not that good and ever now and then when it picks up my fan I receive comments of being in a wind tunnel or a hurricane and for the price I was excepting better.

Extremely Bad Microphone

I opened the box and tried them on. Apart from them being slightly tight they were reasonably comfortable and the sound quality was as good as expected. Where this product lost all of it's credibility for me was when I used the microphone. Compared to the wired version of this headset that I have had for over 4 years, the microphone on the new one was absolutely appalling. I understand that with the headset being wireless this may cause very minor inconsistencies with it, but the quality was comparable to my airpods (v1) microphone which is not good. I assumed that because I was paying a premium price for this product that HyperX would not have "cheaped out" on the microphone, but I was very wrong. I found the overall product extremely disappointing considering it is currently their flagship headset. Definitely stay away if you're looking for a decent microphone. Although if that doesn't bother you, then it may be adequate.

Regrets

The mic keeps cuttijg in and out. Very comfortable headset however cant use it for team based online gaming.

Awesome Headset

Awesome sound, awesome battery life and great wireless range. I have the cloud 2 wired headset and the sound quality is equal to them if not better.
