Common Uses MAGNESIUM MUSCLE RECOVERY Soak your body in ICE Salts with magnesium to effectively soothe and relax over-worked, tight and aching muscles. These bath salts help to improve Sports Recovery, relieve and revive the body, reducing stress and promoting a restful sleep with peppermint oil.

Directions Add 1-2 cups to a warm bath or 1/2 cup for a foot soak. Minerals will dissolve quickly and easily into the bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Repeat daily as necessary. Store below 30°C.
