1. Remove one side of backing tape.2. Press firmly onto fabric or clean, dry, oil free and lotion free skin.3. Remove other side of backing and press to secure.4. To remove, carefully peel tape in the direction of hair growth. For stubbornly stuck tape, use body lotion to break down the adhesive before removing.
