DIRECTIONS: Use up to 2 serves a day.
HOW: Add 36g (3 1/2 scoops) to 350mL of water. Shake or blend until mixed and serve.
May also be added to other foods to increase protein content.
WHEN: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise.

Very good

This is a quality brand and product. Its a bonus thats got both rice and pea protein, and its lab tested. For the sales price I got it for it was worth it.

Best plant based protein I’ve tried!

I absolutely love this protein powder! I normally can’t stand protein powders so I tried switching to plant based with low sugar content but other ones I’ve tried are grainy. I blend this for a minute with 400mls chilled water, 5g INC Creatine, a banana and 4tsp of chia seeds and it keeps me full until lunchtime. I don’t feel bloated or tired afterwards either! Win-win!
