Super convenient and easy to use. I get instant hot water whenever I need it. It is quick, simple, and hassle-free.

Bought machine 3 months ago for frail parent to replace kettle that was becoming too heavy to use. It's been great. Easy to use and to read with large text/icons. We use a small jug to refill the reservoir, so no heavy lifting required. Produces piping hot water, hot enough for tea and relatively fast with a constant flow. Has 250 ml option, which is missing in other similar machines that have 200ml or 300ml (not a standard cup!). You can get replacement filters for about $10 each, so not too expensive. The only criticism is the descale function where the cycle doesn't match the description in the instruction. But still works fine by running an extra rinse. Other than that, pretty good.
