Directions Directions For Use: Skin Health Maintenance: Massage a small amount gently into skin morning and night. Use on face, neck, hands and legs and rough areas including knees, elbows and heels and any other specific areas where Vitamin E may be beneficial. Adult Oral Dose: 5-10 drops daily. A surgeon recommended pure vitamin E

Surgeon recommended using pure vitamin E and I have used this for a few years now, usually put in directly to parts of my skin and then add my face oil and blend it in. On days I have had threading done my skin always reacts and rhis helps it heal. So good!

The best skincare regime

Perfect skincare regime. Get rid of those expensive skincare cause this is the best! I use the vitamin e cream as a base and it already hydrates my skin and then I use drops of this oil & Nivea Creme and it’s giving a glazed donut/glassy skin effect.
