Poor quality and poor service from JB hi fi

Faulty product, and bad service from JB hi fi. Item turned up and the safety shutter jammed so can’t push plug into it. It was cheap and I wasnt going to bother trying to get a replacement. But then JB sent email asking me to review it; but the email said if there’s an issue click the link. So clicked that thinking it would be easy to report and seeing as the email was linked to the order… no it just takes you to generic page on the website, well iv come this far, so got order number and my details to speak to a chat bot then a human and now need to post it back, all this over a cheap item, the postage will cost more than the plug is worth…

Silly design, covers up powerpoint switch

What a useless thing. You plug it into the powerpoint and it covers up the on-off switch. So frustrating to have to return to the shop and buy sopmething else

2 is better than 1

This is definitely a handy item with easy to use kept in mind. It's the Pinacle of a double Power point adaptor and does what it was designed too. Only issue I have is the double sits upwards instead of downwards which results in the ON/OFF switch being covered.
