Excellent balance between cost and effectiveness.

Purchased these to use as a spare however I have found that I am using them more often than the most expensive ones that I have. Highly recommended considering that I could have 3 pairs for less than Bose. Website and connection straight forward easy to use. Bonus that you can set different sound levels for each ear ! Simple sound sound changes and equaliser settings. Fit is very comfortable- often forget I have them on. I don't use them for running or gym but do use them in the garden etc. Easy to find on the odd occasion if one falls off with the find search on the web site. Is the voice sound as good as the supposed top of the range models probably not but is nearly there. Volume can be a little low on some movies on TV, These are definitely the ones I would choose if I only had on set of earphones. No noise cancelling at this price but only needed for aircraft.

Too big for my ears!

I did a lot of research before buying these open ear headphones. What I wasn't prepared for or didn't realise at the time of purchase was that my small ears would have problems with these headphones. While I can put the outer hook around my ear without problems, when it comes to positioning the speaker in my ear as the specifications/instructions suggest, the speaker won't sit in my ear. It's too big. If I do 'insert' the speaker in the shell of my ear, it forces the outer hook from its position. The other difficulty is accommodating both my glasses, which I wear all the time, and the headphone hook over my ear. On reflection, I realise, after further research that I perhaps should have bought a clip on variety. I now know from extra research that these are better for people with small ears.

They are ok

I bought these for riding my bicycle and sport. First the fit. They securely sit over the ear. The left earpiece is super comfortable. The right however causes pain. Due to the universal design they cannot be adjusted to fit the ear. They sound good. Although while riding it is there is any wind all you can hear is the wind. They were supposed to be wind proof as per the description but they are actually worse than normal earphones. Also the wind is very noticeable during phone conversations by the call receivers. They couldn’t hear what I was saying. Overall they are ok but not great.

You wont be disappointed

Amazing. I went to the Claremont WA store today looking for something I could use for phone calls that didnt go in my ear (as I dont like the feeling of things in my ear). The sales person (didnt get her name) was awesome and knew everything about this kind of thing. She went through the differences between each product and this was the one we ended up deciding upon. I went home, charged them and started using them. WOW, these are so good. Sound is so pure and the comfort feels like I dont even have anything on my ears. For the price, I cant really see any other option. Thank you sales person, sorry I cant give you a personal review.

Were great till they weren't

I got these a month ago & at first I loved them but now the right bud will not charge at all . Because I got them through my Telstra rewards I am having trouble getting any help with replacing or repairs.

Not worth the buy

Awful. They always feel like they’ll fall out and the speaker doesn’t sit in the ear. I found after about ten seconds the ear bud would move so the speaker was sitting on your earlobe and you couldn’t hear anything. Anyone around me could hear the music coming out of the speaker and any movement would cause the headphones to rock around in my ear
