Simply doesn't fit all ears

As a long time buyer of Jlab I was very dissapointed that the only equivalent of my beloved Epic air sport ANC was these. I was perfectly happy with the in-ear rubber tips they have on all the other models and am extremely unhappy with how these are performing. They feel and are extremely loose on my ears and I usually have to have them at 2/3 Volume at all times just to hear anything because of how poorly they set compared to my ear. This also makes me feel like anyone nearby can hear what I'm playing. Given that these are also from the sport line it's extra dissapointing that they can pretty easily fall from the ear when moving around a lot, especially when I've rarely had this issue with my previous two Jlab 'hook' style earbuds. Still sounds great of course, when Im sitting still and theyre pressed close but it's not ideal for sport earbuds at all. A far worse product than previous models.
