I bought these in February and they stopped working by May. I bought them exclusively for the gym, they sit nicely in / on the ear and initially had decent (not great) sound quality. By month 3, I couldn't use them to make phone calls, the right hand bud has stopped working and the left hand side needed to be at full volume to hear. There is no repair centre in Australia, so JB was great at offering a store credit to replace.

Don't waste your money

Awful products and app. Don't purchase jlab. App resets custom settings constantly, sometimes several times on a day. ANC doesn't work well with how the product is designed. If there is any wind no one can hear you and you can't hear much at all. Touch buttons way too sensitive, and will stay connected even after taking them off. Skipping songs or ending calls if touched but not being directly used

Horrible.

Super disappointing. These headphones hurt to wear over about 5 minutes and the noise canceling barely works do to the inability to close the ear canal. Basically - avoid at all costs.

Headphones do not fit snugly in the ears, making the noise-canceling feature ineffective. Additionally, the wings that go around the ears are uncomfortable, and my ears tend to hurt after 15-20 minutes.

Avoid. Cheaper and better quality available

Poor quality and massively overpriced .Terrible sound, especially at upper range of the volume. The noise cancellation is unnoticeable. These are a replacement for the old Plantronics Backbeat fit, and the difference in quality is staggering.

Garbage

It's garbage man don't buy these the right side don't work at all and the case is not charging. This has happened to me for previous models so this is a reoccurring issue.
