Excellent battery life, reliable connectivity, and very good noise isolation. They were a bit loose in my ears, but overall I'm extremely happy with them. Great value for money, and I don't see myself spending extra on the big-name brands again.
right earbud won’t connect at all, only left will connect
I like the 3 earbud size variations and various options for volume customisation. The outer "knob" portion is a little bulky and they "sit" against the ear rather than buried in, but I enjoy them anyways.
Second pair in three weeks and have to return again as the do not charge.
For the price these are fantastic little earbuds. I'm a layman in the terms of good sound quality and have only ever worn airpods previously, and these sound almost the same for me. The battery life is super long, they connect to my iphone very easily and they built in charging cable is fantastic.

Great sound. Please don't use a high powered charger. Use one thats very low, otherwise it won't charge. The sound is very clear and great. Phone calls are just as great.
Bought a pair, case doesn't charge (the red indicator light never activates). Had them replaced at JB after two weeks, when the earbuds had gone flat and couldn't charge because the case battery was faulty. Second pair, same problem. Case doesn't charge - tried two separate USB-C wall adapters, and multiple USB-C ports on 3 different laptops. Complete junk product, getting a refund this time. Sound and noise-cancelling are perfect, but not much use if I can't charge the earbuds! Shame, I'd had the previous model for 3 years and they had worked perfectly, only replacing them as the batteries were all gradually dying.
Please do not trust these good reviews there is absolutely no way these are real customers or they are people who have never used earphones before and have no comparison to measure against, in comparison to cheap aliexpress xg5 earphones these get destroyed in comparison. Connecting is a flip of the coin jury rigging process that can take anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes each time of constantly turning bluetooth on or off or having it connect for a second until you change window then disconnects or another fun one when they say they are connected yet audio is still coming from speakers. It boasts it can connect to multiple devices through your email linked devices but everytime i asked it to connect through it it never worked so that was a pointless feature to make an already easily confused earphone even more confused. When I say each time was an annoyance cause I knew it would never automatically connect and work like xg5s did I really do mean EVERY TIME. The touch response is extremely unintuitive and boy your gonna have fun with that when the slightest touch to readjust or change ears and you've just opened up a music program because a hair brushed it, for comparison the aliexpress xg5 would an easy simple click button or a long hold button and with that it was simple and impossible to mess up, compared to the touch response that has a series of different controls that do nothing you actually want them to. I do not care about raising the volume by one, hey how about a button to pause or just turn them off? Then the light bar indicator is a lazy cheap single light system that you have to learn what each light indicates, now compare to xg5 once again an earphone for half the price and it gives you a 4 bar indicator light on the powerbank to show your charging levels in real time so your not looking at a light wondering and that brings me to another point the charging cable. The big f you charger cable jlab designed to be built in attached and an inch or 2 short so you have to keep the whole device either at an annoying angle causing tension on the cable (hey wear and tear then few years down and jlab can get repeat customers) or you gotta buy an extension cable if you want it to last longer. Again cheap xg5s beat it by having an input you can actually plug a charger into and dont have to worry about damaging the only way to charge it, seems kind sketchy in terms of design for longevity. Now the final part? Does it even sound good? Once again when I upgraded to double price actual brand from a no name aliexpress one I did expect to hear an improvement or noticeable change, as a musician and producer of over 15 years the feeling I had was anticlimactic disappointment, no noticeable change at all except jlabs felt more bassy in a messy way like it was lacking an audial range the xgs had, where you could once notice distinction and placement now sounded more blurred together and just abrasive. Were there any pros? I bought a teal one, the color was nice. I think thats literally it. The xg5s didn't have color but they lasted 8 years, actually sounded good and actually worked. Oh another thing with them I could connect to a laptop leave the house go down the backyard and work in the shed without issue. With Jlabs I leave my room and I start getting noise cuts, I leave the house and it will just disconnect and start playing the audio of the laptop. It is insane how little effort or care was put into these for the price. I'm going to buy xg5s till I shop for a new brand but it will not be Jlab.
I'm inclined to think that MOST of the other review are FAKE. These don't charge. They're great earbuds and sound and work and fit perfectly. But they just don't charge. I've tried different blocks and laptops and car connectors. They won't charge on anything. I bought 1 and returned as a faulty product and the 2nd pair has the same issue. A real shame because they're Absolutely worth it for the price ($39).
Sound and build quality is just fine. But the charging case has to have one of the most moronic design choices I've ever seen. It has an built-in, non removable male USB-C cable as the only charging option. If you're anything like me, you don't have a surplus of female ended USB-C ports to plug this into - especially while on the go. You need to buy another adapter or dongle to even charge these. If that cable breaks - and I've heard anecdotal evidence that the quality of the cable isn't great - you're out of luck, you can't charge these anymore. Extremely frustrating to deal with, and I would recommend just getting a different product if this sounds like it will be an issue for you.
Impulsively bought these because they were cheap (sale for $39.) Literally better than any other EarPod/airpod I’ve had in the past. Fabulous affordable option!
Didnt charge, They worked fine when I first purchased but I went to go charge them on an adapter I had lying around at home and they would not charge at all. No charging light was lighting up. Disappointed. Thought having its own built in charging cable was great but not until it doesn’t work and you can’t just change the cord. Junk for sure!
Was sceptic as hell! Read the reviews and proved me wrong ; they’re so comfy! I had a pair in of beats earbuds before these and they hurt after leaving them in for a while but these are so comfy I’ve had them for just over a week and only charged them once! Highly recommend if you’re after something on the cheaper side with good sound!
Highly recommend these over JBL tune earphones and others in that category, the price gives the impression they will be cheap but genuinely they are better quality then the JBL tunes and tune flex's I had. Deeper base, higher overall volume, much longer battery life and fit under my motorcycle helmet, wear them to the gym, at work, running - no issues, the gesture controls are fully customisable, even more so than JBL. I have read all the other reviews before purchasing myself and genuinely believe they literally just didn't put them in their ears correctly, plenty of base, loud enough to drown out wind noise on the bike and I've not had any interference issues what so ever. Initially bought them as expendable in case i lost them riding but they've replaced all my others. Even if they were 100 it would be worth it.
You will not go wrong with these, amazing sound quality and gives you ability to change frequency setting to prolong use.
These have good sound quality and a decent selection of earbuds provided to cover you for your ear size. However, I would note they are VERY prone to interference. I've had previous JLab headphones (not this particular model) and never had this issue, but with the Go Pop+ there is frequent drops of audio due to interference, particularly when out and about, making them almost useless in a public space. These are the only headphones I've seen that actually drop packets when near a running microwave (no I'm not kidding). It is a shame as the build quality is otherwise good, but the Bluetooth module/beacon is incredibly low quality (or I just lucked out on a defective model).
I bought these only 4 days ago, they've run out of charge and won't recharge. I took them instore (JB Hifi home in Preston) and the cashier said they were charging correctly. They did seem to be but now I've brought them home and tried various chargers and it's still not working. On top of this, they are hard to get out of the case and kept falling out of my ears. I bought them on sale and still don't think they were worth it.
I love these I have to buy more because I lost mine somewhere but I don’t care u love j lab
I bought these because they seemed pretty good and cheap but dont buy them if your clumsy like me. I was using them for about a month now and i accidently break the charger, the only one thats connected to the earbuds. Not to mention theyre quieter than most other earbuds ive used. If you want quality earbuds for cheap but you're a little clumsy, i wouldnt recommend these ear buds.
I love these little ear buds, the charge lasts forever, and today I accidentally ran them through the washing machine, and they somehow still work? Sound quality is good, price is cheap, and they seem to be indestructible!! (Wouldn't recommend putting them in the washing machine on purpose tho lol.)
Do not buy these. I've bought 2 pairs and both of them lasted a week because they suddenly stop working and dont charge. I've lost $100 from those pieces of garbage.
I absolutely love these earbuds! They’re stylish, compact, and cheap. I always loose things but I have bought these 3 times now because they are just that good. I definitely would recommend these for anyone looking for, cheap, sleek, and convenient earbuds.
I wanted something hands-free Just to take some calls while I'm running errands or walking my cat out. Unfortunately these are not made for calls. Every single person I spoke to struggled to hear my voice. The only time these work is when you're in a quiet room. It will pick up the quietest of external noises. I rarely listen to music in them so I can't comment on that. But do not get it if taking calls is important
These earbuds have survived everything from being in the wash twice and being stepped on. These earbuda are excellent for your money and the audio quality is just top tier. The bass in them is excellent and this is a good decision for budget earbuds.
Great, long lasting, heavy duty ear buds. I have dropped them multiple times and they are still working just as well as thr original performance. The performance itself is amazing with great sound/microphone quality and settings! The only downside with them.is sometimes the Bluetooth drops out for a split second then reconnects. Great price, great battery and great features!
It's a really good earphone for it's price. Good sound!
Pods will not stay in ears and fall out whilst sitting. Useless for walking, gym etc. Have tried everything. Sound is tinny but is expected for the price. Microphone works OK.
Didn’t fit my ears and can’t get a refund. If you have big ears I don’t recommend
