Terrible for listening in bed If you fall asleep the stupid things call random people from your phone overnight and there’s no way to turn off the phone call function AVOID!!!

I purchased a pair of JLab Sport Go+ earbuds, and they are hands down the worst earbuds I have ever used. I have honestly had better luck with $7 pairs from Temu.The first pair completely stopped connecting and charging. I returned them to the store and got a replacement, only for the exact same issues to happen with the second pair immediately.When I contacted JLab customer support to rectify the situation, their solution was utterly useless. They could only offer me a third replacement of the same exact garbage earbuds, or a store credit to buy more JLab products. Given that two separate pairs failed for me in identical ways, I will never touch a JLab product again. Support has been poor, and the product quality is non-existent. Save your money and buy a different brand

These are way too overhyped. The sound quality is is not great at all. I've bought $20 sport earbuds that sound better than these. They only fit small ears and can't be adjusted. If your ears aren't the perfect size. The ridgid rubber hooks will pull them straight out. I got them on sale for $55 and I feel ripped off.You can't turn these on without the case. If you leave the case at home and the buds disconnect while you're out, there is no way to power them back on. The one positive is that they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. These are going back tomorrow. I'll stick with Soundcore X20's for gym buds

I would not recommend! The sound quality is terrible, uncomfortable to wear for longer than a couple of minutes, the app doesn't connect to the ear buds. Supposedly touch the ear buds to change volume, play/pause and change audio settings but it is very frustrating to use and only works a portion of the time. Only good I would have to say is they hold their charge well.

Worst ear buds ever! Temu have better options. Reached out to the company with my feedback but but no reply. Do not purchase

Good quality for the price. I got these to replace more expensive ones which I lost the charging box too. Does the job. Long charge time and is noise cancelling to a point. Fairly comfortable tho sometimes if not on correctly can hurt a little bit. Great for the gym and general running around. No complaints.

sound quality is good. left earphone is on right side of case, right on left. which for some reason feels wrong? Once you have finished using them and put them in their case, they have a difficult time connecting to the pins of the charger, so are constantly on so when using them with a phone, you will miss calls etc because everything is still going through one of the headphones which will be flat next time you want to use them.

Worked fine for about a year with no issues. Now the left side drops charge like a brick in water. I'm lucky if I get 30 mins out of it. The charging prongs are also a bit dodgy and don't always connect properly

I’m on my second pair after the first had to be replaced because they stopped connecting when in the case (so wouldn’t charge and wouldn’t turn off - the music still playing out of the earbud whe in the case). Now the second pair is doing the same thing and I’ve only had them a few months.

Poor sound quality, very disappointed and also bad for phone call

Bought these to jog in and ride my bike. They are hard to fit but once in feel secure and don't fall out. I always inadvertently touch the buttons when fitting them and accidentally turn the sound up or down or change between features. They are comfortable enough I guess (I've never had an other earbuds to compare to). Biggest problem is they don't seem to pair to each other properly especially if you shake your head around or lie down. Only one seems to work but then the other will cut in. Sometimes one side lags and you hear a repeat of the same thing a second later in the other ear. JLab, is this a known issue or is my product faulty? Am I doing something wrong or do I need to return them?

They've been through the washing machine, left outside in the rain and chewed on by the dog and still work perfectly fine. Awesome quality and great battery life!

I absolutely love these headphones. I enjoy running on treadmills a lot and I’ve found that AirPods just don’t do it for me, so upgrading to these has been such a pleasure. Would definitely recommend.

Just purchased and the sound is so so tinny cheap sounding. Will cope with them i guess for radio that’s about it.

I’ve had these earphones for 5 years now - they still work like I bought them yesterday. The sound is still great, battery life is fantastic, and are definitely waterproof/sweat proof. Go for these, I would buy again!

I bought these headphones for the purpose of running There annoying to pause I found them always coming out fo sync and having to restart them my apps when music was playing I have switched back to my old set as I just don't have the trust in these to not stop.on me all the time especially if there a few apps open at once

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! The worst purchase decision I have made!!! The right-hand side earpiece stopped working after 7 months, however I liked the design and fit so purchased a replacement pair thinking it was a one-off fault. Replacement pair had the EXACT same issue after 4 months. Contacted JLab to report the fault and they are sending me 2 x replacement pairs. I purchased another pair to use while waiting for the replacements and this pair ALSO had the same issue after TWO WEEKS!!! Don't waste your money, shell out for a few extra dollars for better quality. There's obviously a design glitch with these headphones.

Stay in my ears! battery lasts ages (lasts all day!) Comfortable! I’ve had these for years and way prefer them over my AirPods I wear them in the pool I just don’t dunk my head

Decent product for the price. Frustrating that the newer ones use a usb-c male charger meaning I had to buy a whole separate set of adaptors.

I have tried many pods before. Never fits to my ear and it was falling. This is the best thing i have ever purchased recently. People who struggle of falling the pod from ear. This is the right choice for you guys

Don't buy these! It says they have great sound which is an all out lye. The sound is tinny and breaks up if you try to add more depth. Worst headphones I've ever had including freebies. Going in the bin right now! Again DON'T BUY!!

Disappointing product, stopped charging after a year and the headphones wouldnt stop connecting once in the case. Good features while it worked though.I guess you get what you pay for with a $50 pair of headphones.

The sound quality is very poor. The sound is very tinny and you have to have the volume up very high to hear anything properly, but the tinny nature becomes very screechy at high volumes. I now only use these earphones if I’m desperate. They are however, comfortable sitting in the ear.

Definitely can get a better product for the price, or buy a cheaper product. Works fine when stationary, but when running can only hear wind... defeating the purpose of the product

There's earphones are exactly what you expect in this price range. I'm an avid runner so wanted something cheap that would hook around my ears so I wouldn't be fiddling with them during my runs and these have provided just that. Sound quality is decent, not much to rave about but they do the job required of them when using.

Does what it says, it's a wireless headphone. They just don't fit quite right around the ear, even with changing the ear piece size. And the button's on the headphones are dodgy at best. I can turn the volume down but not up, but can skip a song (which is the up button held down) so the headphone works, just not well. My fiancé got some too but has the opposite problem (can turn volume up but not down)
