Product is fine but pump-pack is impractical - as others have described, the top is hard to manage and breaks off easily. More importantly, it takes two hands to operate and one needs one hand to hold bubs. An easy to squeeze soft bottle would be much better.

Product great but top broke off

Product is fine but top broke off when I tried to use shampoo. Tried to push down, it was fixed. Tried to turn it, it fell off. I can manage to use product but it’s a nuisance when the push mechanism keeps falling off. Inconvenient

It's been very tricky finding a gentle shampoo for sensitive scalp, so i decided to try out baby shampoo and it works! Very gentle on the skin and it worked for me.
