Journey MagSafe Compatible 15W Wireless Charging Car Mount

This is awful, bought less than a year ago and now it's going in the trash! The whole unit has fallen off while driving at least 30 plus times and has now scratched up my air vent! The magnet and charging are fine but the mounting bracket is weak, small and useless. They don't even sell this model on the companies website anymore and have a new design. I wonder why? I am not even using a big phone, just a normal size google pixel. A total waste of money.

This is my second one the magnet is great however the actual part that goes onto the vent isn’t great they break easy and tend to fall or unclip on spirted drives

Positives: charges phone and firm enough grip that my phone does not fall off the magnets Negatives: the phone does not fall off the whole thing does! The grip of the phone to the air vent is way too short so it does not grip properly. Go around a turn and watch as the charger and your phone go flying across the car. Sure it does not happen every corner but in the 6 months I have owned this it's happened at least 6 or 7 times when frankly it should not

Unfortunately the JOURNEY - 15W WIRELESS CAR CHARGE MOUNT is not very well made. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and it keeps falling off and has cracked my screen protector.

I use this phone mount not as much as a charger, but as a phone mount only. I've been driving Uber while using this mount for 8 months already. This is my favourite mount. Holds very well my big and heavy phone - iPhone 14 Pro Max. What distinguishes this mount from other vent mounts is that it has a small support leg - which is crucial. This support leg prevents my phone from bouncing and moving when I drive on uneven roads. By far, this is my favourite phone mount.

Holds my phone in a perfect spot where I can watch my battery percentage go down. Does not seem to charge at all, even though it indicates all is connected okay. Waste of money.

Just pull it out of the box and plug in to a USB port (adaptor not included). Magnet is strong and hold the phone no problems. Small and compact enough to not get in the way unlike some other chargers

Perfect size and mounting hardware. Clips directly to the air and has a stand below it where you can rest on your dashboard to support it from tilting as you operate it. Has a swivel that you can lock in with which ever angle suits you so the phone aims directly at you. The magnet is very strong and works well with my iPhone, 14 promax with MagSafe cover, as well as my Samsung s22 with a stick on magnet. It does also have wireless charging, although it charges a slow rate (as to most other wireless charges) so I don’t use it which doesn’t faze me as it’s easy to plug-in your phone with a cord. Only downside is it utilises the event so if you have your heater or air-conditioner on the phone can also become hot or cold. Have purchased a second one since my second car

Held my phone in place while driving off road, easy to attach and position, but does block a fair bit of airflow from the vents.

great phone mount, my family and i have tried a few and this one has by far been the best. sleek look, attaches firmly to the air vent and holds the phone in place over bumpy roads.

Once I figured it out, I discovered the magnet was not strong enough. Whenever I would go over a bump in the road the magnet would disconnect and cease charging. This cause damage and has decreased the life of my battery.

Purchased this and have been using it with an iPhone 14 Pro Max in a silicon case. The magnet holds the phone securely, even over bumps, potholes and uneven surfaces. Not sure why some are having an issue, but mounted to the vents well, holds the phone in place with a strong magnet and charges well. I have no complaints.

Very good charger fast charging no issue at all. only problem i face is dealing with jb banks town staff they are not intrested in dealing with u they told me they dont have this any more without checking or confirming but guess what i click and collect from same store after 15 mints

Very good quality and strong magnet. It holds my Iphone 14 pro perfectly and it comes with a charger!

Pretty good, holds phone well. I have an older car and wonder if newer cars have a deeper grate. It looks a little unstable but after a week it’s still holding strong and easy to read phone gps while driving.

Great product the extra notch on the charger stabilises well on air vent ( do dripping down). Chargers great magnet works great too.

I find the suction is not as strong as the previous one I had it falls off very easily when touching the phone need the magnetic to be stronger
