I've been searching for a good juicer for a while. Thought about getting a metal hand squeezer, but then I found this one - it has both the hand squeeze and the twist option. As such, I find that it does a thorough job - it fully presses out my limes, lemons and oranges. Grapefruit is a little too bulky, as in, it is slightly too small for a grapefruit. I don't always use the cup attachment and if I prefer, I can twist my own fruit without using the handle. However, I usually prefer the twister on the handle because it is gentler on the wrist, but you do need a lot of strength to fully crush the fruit with the handle. The juicer is easy to clean and the sieve adequately catches the seeds. What's off putting is that the price is a little high. I bought mine using a gift voucher. And my biggest worry is whether it'll last long seeing that it is made out of plastic, but a sturdy plastic.
