Lovely product - TERRIBLE pump

I have been buying this bodywash for years and love it. BUT.....the new packaging is terrible. This is the third bottle where the pump has been faulty and will not pop out to enable use. Please go back to the original packaging or I will change brands.

Nice wash, not great packaging

I love the Bosisto's range of body washes but PLEASE get a new pump bottle! The nozzles are terrible! Hard to unlock, hard to depress, won't return, whole thing pulls out of the collar when attempting to manually pull the pump nozzle back up. Only giving such a low review of this due to this but you need to know and get new bottles asap! Have literally had to buy my own new pump bottles to put the product into, which is not good.

Amazing 👏

I bought one bottle of this and after one use even my husband commented on the great smell so I stocked up This is the best I have tried and believe me when it comes to natural ingredients body wash I've tried many!

Love the product BUT

I have been using this product for years and absolutely love it...however now the new pump is terrible to use. Only giving a poor review because of the pump.

Great body wash, horrible pump

I really like the product however the pump lets it down so much that I probably wouldn’t purchase again. Very short stroke and awkward to get it to return means I have to pump lots of times to get a good amount. By potentially saving a few cents on a cheaper pump I’m using it way more slowly than I would another product and probably won’t purchase again for the basic reason that it doesn’t work that well. Food for thought.
