Kambrook Rice Master 5 Cup Rice Cooker & Steamer

Excellent little unit, quiet and efficient, does a great job. Also - important to note: It doesn't leak or blast out steam or spill a drop. All the reviews on here saying it makes a mess are probably just people who didn't read the instructions and failed to attach the little "condensation collector" that is supplied unattached for some reason, so make sure you do that.

Very happy with this little rice cooker, simple and easy to use, not to forget it is value for money. Highly recommended.

Just bear in mind that a kambrook cup is not a 250ml cup so this really only suits a small family, say 6 servings max but it seems fine apart from that….

Excellent little cooker. Very compact and cooks rice prefect. Takes a few attempts to work out the right amount of water. Stay warm function is handy but the rice will burn on the bottom if you leave too long.

Cooks rice ok but not designed for cleaning. Makes a mess through vents whilst cooking. Threw it out after two uses as not worth the trouble. Cheaper cookers do a far better job

Cooked rice quality is very high. Stay warm function is good; no noticeable change to rice quantity after three hours. Steaming function works well. Simple to operate. Truly set and and leave unattended. Great for a small household and efficient for up to six people. Small footprint saves bench/cupboard space.

I tried it a couple of times with brown rice and white rice. I was only cooking one cup for a double portion and it kept turning off before the rice was barely hot let alone cooked.

Nice and compact for storage; great for 4-5 people; one button operation: easy to clean; about 25mins cooking time as it takes time to warm up. Good price - buy it!!

Terrible. It has broken after the first cooking. Just couldn't find to retun it. It tripped off my power.

i haven't used any rice steamer before and the Kambrook Rice Master is fantastic. Super easy to use and makes perfect fluffy rice in either large or small amounts.

Terrible product. Doesn’t cook rice properly and makes a shocking mess. Don’t even think about it. JB should remove if from their range immediately.

We love this little cooker! Fits in the cupboard when we're not using it, and cooks up our dinners quickly and without hassle! I'm a bugger for sticking rice to the sides of the pan and making it impossible to clean - the rice just wipes off of this! The steam release really does jet out, so just make sure you're not trying to cook anywhere that condensation could collect and cause problems!

Fantastic product, is abit messy when cooking brown rice and quinoa as it comes out of the holes at the top, but it’s easy to clean

Bought the smaller size for one person, specifically to cook brown rice. But find it consistently boils over through the steam vent. Not able to produce soft brown rice.

For this price, you get professional level rice every single time you cook. I thought i was doing something wrong with my old rice cooker. Nah, this cooker is the bomb.

3rd time buying this rice cooker. Great for a small family of 4. Easy to use to cook jasmine or brown rice. Rice not soggy. Non-stick pot is great.

The water level indicator inside is way too wrong. If you follow, it will be too much water used. The rice quality is not good as it tends to burn easily.

Bought this 27th May 2016, stopped working 4th August, need I say more, another piece of rubbish from kambrook, now have to try and get money back from JB HiFi

best small rice cooker for singe person and couple family; easy to use to cook white rice and brown rice (even red and black rice for breakfast); I use it for my three meals daily being an Asian person
