Not as good as I thought it would be and expensive

bought this a few weeks ago (through JB Hi-Fi) and used 3 times. Battery is awful. Only lasts a touch over 10 mins so then have to wait an hour for it to charge up again. Cleaning itself isn’t bad but not the best. It would be good if it had an adapter where it could be plugged in for the longer tasks

Avoid

I bought on a deal for $195, which seemed like a good deal. Now I'm facing a 3rd trip in as many days to JB to deal with it. I charged the battery and it just will not turn on. Returned it for a replacement, and the new unit has the same issue. There is one knob on it, so I doubt it's user error. I think it's the battery, but there is no way to tell without a working good battery to test against (Karcher's recommendation is "just get a good battery and try that..."). Will get my money back and try a different brand altogether.

I was excited to have this, but I had to return it barely a week after purchasing and opted for a full refund. The issue was a leak underneath the collection tank while spraying and suctioning. I tested it four times, but the leak persisted. Comes with 18V 2.5 Ah battery which lasts about 20+ minutes on full charge, and charging from 0% to 100% takes approximately 75+ minutes. To be fair, the portability without needing a plug is a nice feature.

Great Machine

I decide to give this spot cleaner a crack to clean my car and also some of the rugs around my house. I found it very useful because I didn’t have to plug it into a wall making it easy to get to the car when parked on the street. Having the clear plastic on the nozzle really showed how much gunk was trapped in my seats. Have found the battery time to be good for what I’m using it for, quick cleans of my car seats and spills around on rugs.

I bought this spot cleaner for my car seats, rugs and upholstery, with it far exceeding my expectations. Super simple to use, it has made my car seats look like new and added years back to my couch. Highly recommend this product
